User-friendly and efficient production lines have been installed at our twin production plants in Higashi Fuji and Iwate. Each stage of the process feature robots and automatic carrying machines, and is arranged in a manner that lightens the operators' load and leads to safe car production. These quality control measures have been recognized by J.D.Power Associates, an international organization that researches customer satisfaction, and following their 2006 Initial Quality Study our Iwate Plant won the top plant award, the Platinum Award, and our Higashi Fuji plant the Silver Award, for the plants producing the cars with
the highest levels of customer satisfaction. All of our plants have acquired ISO 14001 certification, and we take a forward-looking attitude to the environmental aspects of our communities.

On this line, painted bodies are carefully equipped with thousands of both functional and upholstery parts and finally mounted with the engine and the wheels into complete automobiles.

All vehicles coming off the final assembling line are strictly tested for their good function and safety through a series of modern testing equipment. Only the vehicles passing these tests are distributed.
